Sarah Champion MP Launches Rotherham Bus Survey
In collaboration with the Rotherham Advertiser, Sarah Champion, Member of Parliament for Rotherham, has launched a new survey to hear Rotherham residents’ experiences of the towns bus services.
Sarah is seeking residents’ views on the service, having received an increasing number of complaints in recent months about the reliability and punctuality of buses, as well as about changes to bus routes.

Leading a Parliamentary debate today, Rotherham MP Sarah Champion has challenged the Government to improve safety on All Lanes Running Smart Motorways (ALR) or face the prospect of more deaths.
Sarah demanded an immediate halt to the roll out of new schemes and for action to address long standing safety concerns on existing ALR motorways following five deaths in ten months on the 16 miles of M1 motorway in South Yorkshire.

Sarah Champion MP Welcomes Government Review of All Lanes Running Motorways
Sarah Champion, Member of Parliament for Rotherham, has welcomed a Government review into All Lanes Running Smart Motorways.
During Transport Questions, Sarah called upon the Government to stop the rollout of All Lanes Running projects, which see the hard shoulder permanently converted into a live lane. The Transport Committee raised serious safety concerns about such schemes in 2016.1 In response, the Government committed to launch a review.

Sarah's report finds courts fails survivors of child sexual abuse
The report publishes the findings from the APPG’s inquiry which consulted nearly 400 survivors and details a number of issues with the criminal justice system, including: professionals’ poor communication with survivors about the court process and trial outcomes, the challenges survivors face in attending as witnesses, the absence of after-court support and the byzantine process of applying for compensation.
