Sarah Champion MP today called on young people in Rotherham to voice their views to their local Members of Youth Parliament (MYP) in the annual Make Your Mark campaign.

The campaign targets young people aged 11-18, seeking out the issues important to them by means of a ballot. The top five issues are then debated in the House of Commons by MYPs, broadcast live on the BBC, and form part of the 2015 Youth Parliament's agenda.

Significant national and moral issues appear on the ballot this year including education, the living wage and euthanasia, giving the 25,000 young people in Rotherham an opportunity to speak directly to Britain's decision makers.

Sarah Champion MP will be at Rotherham Show on Saturday to ballot young attendees on the issues that matter to them.
