Today I was pleased to support Sarah Wollaston's Stalking Protection Bill. This would allow police to apply for Stalking Protection Orders that could ban stalkers from contacting their victims and make sure they register all their names and addresses.

Eight years of severe underfunding have left the NHS on the brink of collapse, and left tens of thousands of patients waiting in the back of ambulances and thousands more seeing their surgery cancelled.
In October, I presented a petition to Parliament calling for a public enquiry into the events at Orgreave, in my constituency, in 1984.
